50cl 68% abvMead Base absinthe is unique among absinthes in that in place of the more traditional grain alcohol or grape spirits, Martin Zufánek employs a distillate from his own three-year-old Zufánek Mead in which to macerate the herbs. After the initial maceration with aromatic herbs grown exclusively from their fields the product is then redistilled.
50cl 65% abvLa Grenouille absinthe is made with the cooperation of Stefano Rossoni, Italian distiller who first entered the absinthe world with his amazing absinthe L'Italienne. One-third of the herbs in this recipe are quite distinctive and not found in any other absinthe. La Grenoille offers a sophisticated, sweet perfume married with a refined taste and is intoxicatingly delicious. The recommended dilution is 1:4.
50cl 70% abvAbsinthe St Antoine is produced utilizing only natural ingredients. The base is a high-quality grain neutral spirit, into which select herbs and spices are macerated for a precisely determined amount of time. The entire macerate is then distilled, from which is obtained a clear spirit. Into this resulting distillate we then add a second selection of herbs which gives absinthe its specific color and further enhances the already heady aroma and flavor.
