10ml Enigma Blanche de Fougerolles
15ml Grand Marnier, lemon and vanilla syrup
10ml sugar syrup
2 dashes malic acid
2cm fresh ginger
Garnish: Lemon peel
Method: Muddle the ginger, then shake and strain all ingredients except Viognier. Add Viognier and top with soda.
