We start the new year with two exclusive listings. Le Poisson Rouge is an innovative Indo French restaurant located on picturesque Baga creek in North Goa. Chef owner Gregory Bazire has developed his skills as a result of working in restaurants from California to Ireland, but most of all in his family restaurant in Normandy.
Gregory was looking to create a unique French theme and approached Liqueurs de France to assist in selecting an absinthe.
